For an individual, member or previous EN member if no longer in the role.
Purpose: recognises long-term impact, legacy, and meaningful influence on the sport.
Detailed criteria:
For an individual, member or non-member working with a member organisation.
Purpose: Recognises emerging leaders making consistent, selfless contributions.

Purpose: Recognises individuals who go significantly above expectations.
This category has 2 sub-categories that nominators can choose from (nominators to select the role the persons does the most in, if they carry out a number of roles).
For an organisation, group of people or specific community project, membership not required.
Purpose: Recognises collaborative projects with strong shared impact.

Purpose: recognises long-term impact, legacy, and meaningful influence on the sport.
- Through one or more roles has had a significant impact on providing netball opportunities, developed the sport and/or leaving lasting legacy through innovation, leadership, mentorship, and dedication, earning widespread respect from peers.
- Over 25 years service to netball in any role at club, county, regional or national level in one or more roles.
- A current member of EN or was an EN member when carrying out their role.
Detailed criteria:
- Demonstrated sustained impact over time (years, not months).
- Introduced innovation (new programs, systems, formats, or ideas).
- Shaped culture, standards, or long-term direction of the sport.
- Mentored others who have gone on to succeed.
- Left systems or structures that continue to benefit the sport.
For an individual, member or non-member working with a member organisation.
Purpose: Recognises emerging leaders making consistent, selfless contributions.
- Between the age of 12 and 25.
- Has volunteered in a netball setting in the last 4 years.
- A current member of EN or supporting a member organisation or recognised activity.
- Has shown consistent, selfless contribution to their community, demonstrating leadership, initiative, and positive impact.
- Demonstrates consistent volunteer or leadership effort.
- Takes initiative without being asked.
- Positively influences peers and community culture.
- Shows strong future leadership potential.
(For an individual, member)
Purpose: Recognises individuals who go significantly above expectations.
This category has 2 sub-categories that nominators can choose from (nominators to select the role the persons does the most in, if they carry out a number of roles).
- Delivering great sessions – Coach (inc Children, Adult, B2N and Performance), Bee Leader, WN Host or Teacher who delivers extra curricular netball.
- Making it all happen - Official, Tutor, Assessor, Selector, Dedicated to difference roles – Inclusion or Safeguarding roles, NETBALLHer Champion, Administrative roles and Event Volunteers.
- Member of EN
- Over the age of 25 years
- Shown exceptional, sustained, and impactful actions that significantly benefit a community or group, going "above and beyond" to improve lives, drive innovation, or foster inclusion, through leadership, dedication, and inspiring others.
- Delivers beyond formal role requirements.
- Improves lives, access, or participation in measurable ways.
- Drives innovation or inclusion, particularly on women and girls or other areas.
- Inspires others through action and dedication.
For an organisation, group of people or specific community project, membership not required.
Purpose: Recognises collaborative projects with strong shared impact.
- Group or organisation that have worked as One - Region, County, Club, Charity, Partner or organisation.
- Can be members of EN but also non members who have worked in partnership with a member organisation or group running recognised activity.
- Worked on a project, event or plan that has had a significant impact on the local community and demonstrated clear, quantifiable success from collaborative work, showing joint planning, shared resources, open communication, and significant impact.
- Demonstrates genuine partnership (not one organisation acting alone).
- Evidence of shared planning and decision-making.
- Pooled resources (funding, volunteers, facilities).
- Clear measurable community or participation impact.
- Open communication and shared accountability.
